Design
The outside of the Jeep Wrangler will continue that classic, retro design that's been such a fan favorite for decades. The new Wrangler is designed to sit high off the ground so shorter drivers can use the grab handle mounted on the pillar to step inside. The body is narrow which gives you an advantage on tight trails and the upright windshield is located directly in front of you. Trim Levels

Performance
Assuming the lineup remains the same for 2025, the new Jeep Wrangler will offer four different powertrains. One will be a 3.6-liter V6 with 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. You'll have your choice of a six-speed manual transmission or an eight-speed automatic. Another option is a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 270 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. The 6.2-liter V8, known as the 392, will deliver 470 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. The 392 is available only with an automatic in the four-door Rubicon model. Finally, Jeep now offers a plug-in hybrid powertrain called the Wrangler 4xe with 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque.
Technology & Safety
The 2025 Jeep Wrangler is expected to come with a large central touch screen that will be easy to view in all lighting conditions and will respond rapidly to your touch. Wireless smartphone connectivity with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ comes standard and Jeep provides an abundance of off-road apps to improve your off-road driving experience.
The Jeep Wrangler will offer basic safety features like blind-spot monitoring and adaptive cruise control. Available safety upgrades in higher trim levels will include forward collision warning, rear cross-traffic alert and rear parking sensors.

What will the top trim levels be like for 2025?
Top trim levels are expected to include the Rubicon X with steel bumpers, an integrated front Warn winch, power-adjustable front seats, heated front seats and leather upholstery. The High Altitude trim will have leather upholstery and heated front seats along with an integrated navigation system. The Rubicon 392 will feature a V8 engine, high-performance brakes, Fox shock absorbers and a two-inch suspension lift.
